  1. Its not really so hard. The proof has already been found that at least one if the gymnasts is underage. The only question is whether anything will be done about it.

The official Chinese government documents which establish that He Kexin is underage have been removed from the website where they could previously be found but they forgot to remove them from the cache.

You can read the information and view the documents here: http://strydehax.blogspot.com/2008/08/ha...

  2. hi ! im a chinese but in hong kong.  i hate the fxxkin chinese.  if they wanted to win , they would do all the things they could do.  the chinese goverment has already changed the info of the passport of them.  and in the forum of hong kong, all the people said that they hate usa  and also said china did well so usa was jealousy. i really really hate the fxxkin chinese !

  3. No evidence. I believe they did compete in world games prior.

  4. Because it the Chinese government

They are not giving the right information

They did that in Sydney, and I did come out years later

IF they did it again, it will come out years from know

  5. It's VERY hard when you don't want to find them.  The IOC took all of 12 hours to throw out the appeal case that the USOC tried to make despite the overwhelming evidence that at least 2 girls were born in 1993.  There were television clips where they said so, hospital records, and records from past events.  Somehow that wasn't enough evidence for IOC though??

  6. Family records

    School records

    Medical records

    Government records

They should unearth all of those. However, the country known for fake Rolexes and Louis Vuitton is already in the process of faking more documents. Why do you think they took down the government website with He's age?

  7. cuz the j**s, or whatever(same **** different a*****e), are not a developed cuntry. they are slowly getting there. many of those girls are from rural country side where there's a hard time keeping track of whose who due to the lack of teknology in that part of shanghai.

  8. How hard? Extremely hard. They are dealing with Chinese Intelligence Agency.

Proving that a government forging passports is impossible unless

    1. One of them confesses

    2. audio or video evidence that proves that the government forging the documents.

  9. Same answer I have been giving all day.

Ok..1 There has NOT been any PROOF that these gymnasts are "underage"... That is the problem!

I think that very little done by the IOC can be trusted as they are one of the most self serving and corrupt organisations on the planet... HOWEVER...

The Chinese authorities have provided proof of age that would stand up in any court in the world. Passports are the required evidential standard... so what else do you want them to do?

The athletes say they are 16... their passports say they are 16... their government confirms that the documents are valid and that they are 16...

By any LEGAL evidential measure, they have PROVEN their age, where the other side has been making UNSUBSTANTIATED allegations! No proof... no play!

I am not saying that they ARE , or ARE NOT any age... I am saying that short of an autopsy (which would still not be conclusive) there is really nothing more that can be doneby the IOC unless one of the accusers can provide EVIDENCE of an equal evidential standard to that provided by the Chinese athletes and their govt.

Sorry, like it or not, those are the rules and any allegations WITHOUT proof have to be treated as worthless!

People... PLEASE.. There is NO evidence... A media report, Chinese or otherwise, is not evidence. If the NY times writes that you are a murderer and it goes to court a judge IS NOT going to convict on the basis that a reporter may or may not have made a mistake! The Judge is going to ask for EVIDENCE!
