You don't say how old you are.  I assume that you are a teenager.  Most young teen girls are insecure about their bodies, even if they really do look great.

Do you mean you're having a tough time talking to the ones that are there?  Or that there are no girls your age at the beach?

If it's the latter, find another beach, or even subtly advertise the beach among your friends or school.

If it's the former, it might depend how you're initiating the conversation.  How about something like, "Hi, can I sit down and talk?"  And DON'T talk about nudism or nudity.  Talk about daily life, school, hobbies, etc.
