Why is it so hard to lose weight?

can some of u guys help me out what to eat and what not to eat

  1. just eat anything with low calories, than do ellipticals, the bike, or tredmile, and it wont be hard to loose weight


  2. well try to avoid hamburgers, everything that is gried, pastas, and salt

    have a good breakfast and lunch and just eat something small at nigth

    exercise , dont sit around all the time, be active

    i heard diet about no carbs at all work just they kinda make u tired ....umm good luck

  3. It may just be the metabolism of your body. I'm sorry. It may not be though, try eating lots of fruits and vegetables, do not try to diet, that can be dangerous for your health, my friends recommend Nutri System, and get lots of exercise.

    to lose weight its better not to eat dinner after 7 or 8 pm

    lots of veggs/meat/fruits r good

    8 glasses of water

    avoid energy drinks

    don't take diet pills coz they don't work

    dont cut back on eating-juz spread out the meals more throughout day

    exercise 30-60mins everyday of running/cardio/sports or hit the gym

  5. ok my husband & i have been trying to loose weight together his a chunky fireman (lol) & i just had a little bundle of joy at first we started been radical like only veggies ,kashi bars,etc. but now we have found what works for us which is, we cut way back on the red meat only turkey & chicken organic that is cause you wanna keep track of your hormone intake, but I'm Spanish so i season well which it makes all the difference in the world cause your food needs to taste good so you could stick with it ,don't fry bake or stew, always a  veggie side like broccoli ,sweet potato don't be afraid of butter you could use i cant believe i.n. butter just follow the serving size.during the day if we have to snack we do like 1% milk cheese , carrots, celery with ranch,yogurts with the fruit on the bottom even the lifesaver kind they not the best for you but they low in calories & it's better than a Cookie  ,fruits & now in days they have lots of sugar free ice creams that taste pretty good oh! & last but not lease we CUT way back on JUICE & SODAS most of the time we do water,we use our calories for tasty foods & not in drinks is just not worth it to us,  but if you really got to drink try something very low in calories we discover diet orange soda taste really good not much after taste .we also got a book to learn how to count our calories which it has all the fast food restaurants the book has worked wonders for us cause on the weekend we like to eat out.to keep healthy we do lots of organic food & our milk is reduce fat i hate 1% percent or fat free & we buy cereals that have a little sugar but that are good for you & low in calories.our shopping cart is a lot emptier this days cause organic & healthier foods are very expensive but we committed. our way is not the most healthy but by reducing our calories intake we have lost almost 10 pounds each in 4 months, i took even less time to loose my weight & we learning how to eat better & to keep our plates from killing us one day is a ongoing battle but so far i think we winning GOOD LUCK! & STAY STRONG!

  7. don't eat things with sugar or chips. Eat salad. Do exercise. Eat regularly like normal people, but don't eat junk food. Once a week is okay (for me i guess) like a serving of a small cola, cheeseburger. that's all. Eat pasta, bread, meat, rice, something healthy i guess. yogurt, get used to it, i began to like it since i want to lose fat in my legs, good luck and don't starve youself, not necessary

  8. ok. eliminate all junk food.foods high in fat. chocolate.candy.sugary stuff and drinks. try to drink alot of water and eat 5 to 6 meals a day. 2 to 3 hours spaced apart from each other. and small portions. eat alot of vegis and fruits.

    I swear by that thing. I lost 30 lbs on that...

    And it's hard because food is good.

  10. Avoid starches (rice, bread, cereal, pasta, potatoes, sweets) and dairy. Increase leafy green veggies. Drink water more than anything. No juice or soda. Only a little fruit-like 1 a day. egg beaters, tuna, skinless chicken, or turkey breast, nothing fried. do much cardio.
