Why is it so hard to swat a fly?

Seriously? Those lil stinkers always fly away just when im about to swat at them.. Grrrrr it makes me so angry.

  1. Try swallowing the fly, then swallow a spider to get the fly...Etc


  2. I read somewhere they have a decentralized nervous system. A fly's body is covered with fine hairs, these fine hairs can detect the slightest change in air currents and pressure. Once they sense danger the fly instinctively takes off without even thinking about it. Another thing to think about are those compound eyes, they have like 360 degree vision.  

  3. Because by the time you go get your fly swatter they've already devised a little plan to ruin your day. They choose the fastest one to fly around you and then the others sit back and watch you bat your arms around like a wierdo.
