Why is it so? the mother of my daughter is being very difficult to understand?

the mother of my child asks to stay away for a year and meanwhile is in recovery herself as a matter of fact asked me first if i wanted to use with her so i dont understand this bullshit, it really makes me angry, she says just write us letters for now,does anyone have suggestions to this kind of stuborn women that i deal with or should i seek a lawyer down the road and get my rights as the father

You should see a lawyer, if you don't use now, even if you did in the past, you cannot let your child live that kind of life if you can make it better.  s***w letters, you need to be in your child's life to make sure your child is being cared for properly.

First off..do you use drugs?  If you are the biological father and do not use drugs..take her to court and first call social services to check on the child.  This "writing letters" sounds fishy to me.  Do not wait "down the road".
