Why is it some stores won't honor internet coupons, when they have right on them that...?

they are indeed a manufactures' coupon?

All places accept manufactures' coupons when you cut them out of a junk mail flyer or the sunday paper, so why not the internet ones??

Because there has been a lot of fraudulent coupons made. Because you can print online coupons on black and white printers, it is harder to make sure the coupons are legitimate. Also, anyone with a good program like Photoshop can make fake coupons. As they say, it only takes one person to ruin it for everyone.
