Why is it soo hard to find Smashbox's Skin Tint in stores?

Sometimes even online, i have to google "skin tint smashbox" because i couldn't find it on their website under cheeks or lips...I can't buy stuff online, and I havn't seen it at Ulta, or even Sephora...anyone know why its so hard to find?

ulta is the only place i've seen anything smashbox, so i would ask someone there if they were out of it or if they don't carry it.
