peace is a two-way street.  all sides must be willing to give peace talks a chance to work

WHATs slowing down the peace train...in my opinion, their culture itself.  Dont get me wrong, i dont hate muslims.  For so long a time that peace had been an issue in mindanao, it has been their way of life.  When things arent just right for them, they use force to get it right.  Beheading had been so common and so are clan wars.  So i guess peace, if they are sincere in acquiring it, they will get it...but they have to start at themselves.

WHOs slowing down? it has become a business opportunity for politicians, a nice platform during campaign period, they get to get funding when insurgency starts...but im still hopeful...very hopeful.
