Why is it that the sound on many DVD's that I have bought, (so top quality) is so low? I have to turn my TV's volume up to 35-40, whereas I can watch TV normally with the sound at a maximum volume 20?

I have 2 DVD players , one Sony, 1 Bush. The sound is the same on both DvD players.
