Why is it that Delhites are the worst when it comes to discipline?

In Mumbai and Other Metros now days to meet the Fuel Shoratges people have formed CAR POOLS. Where as In Delhi It has become a status symbol for many a families to have one car each for every member of the family and travel in different cars even if their destination is same.

It is high time DELHITES learn to be more resposible towards the COUNTRY>

The ball bounces back only when it reaches the ground. Delhi people have not reached the NADIR, the lowest point yet. I am not talking of good decent people with civic values which are in minority. So we should see lots of crass display of wealth, road rage, corruption, murders, rapes, till it could'nt get any worse and then the comminity shall bounce back - but unfortunately this is going to take about 20 years - so 2028 i wait for you.
