Question:

Why is it that I can eat a full meal without realizing I've had not a sip to drink?

I don't even think to take a drink! I don't really get thirsty, or need to wash it down. I should probably force myself, because I KNOW that I don't get enough fluids, period. Personally, it'd be easier if I could just carry an IV on me with a water bag...lol. I might end up having to at this rate! =)

  1. Well you don't nessisarily have to drink it with meals. Try this, before every meal drink a glass of water. It will make you a little fuller so you'll eat less, you'll get fluids in your body without having to worry about calories, and all you have to remember is before you put anything in your mouth DRINK! lol, good luck!=)

  2. Try to make it part of the eating process - take a sip before your first bite, and every few bites thereafter. I'm the same way, and I've been working on it.

It also helps with losing weight, if you need to, since water is filling, and has no calories.

  3. It is okay! I can do as what are doing now!
