Why is it that I can get into all rooms in advanced pool rooms except the lg I belong too?

well I seem to be able to get into any room I choose except the lg I belong too we are using another room called wombat wagon while our room is down ..when I try to enter room tells me applet is not intinited then when I refresh it just states applet failed to load this has been happening for 2 days and is very frustrating any help you can offer would be appreciated
