Why is it that If Someone tries to rob ure house and they trip and break their legs on the stairs they can sue

i hered of this on numerous occasions i even hered once where a robber was stealing from an old mans farm and they man woke up and the robber tried to kill him but the man shot him first and the robber took him to cort and got his farm

Because Democrats are supported by the trial lawyers who make money off of the lawsuits. In turn, the trial lawyers feed money to the judges campaigns.

They are more concerned with creating a steady income stream for a bunch of scumbag lawyers than with doing what is right for our country and our people.

They sure can.. I have an inmate housed in my facility that was charged with Burglary and Theft and while breaking in, he fell through a sky light and injured himself, he won the civil case against the agency he was breaking in to.

The fact that a line of litigation lawyers will form at the very mention of the the word "sue" is no indication that the person initiating the suit has any chance in h**l of winning.

If you are injured during the commission of a crime - good luck in trying to recover any compensation because any judge worth a pile of beans will throw it out of court.

Sadly such events have happened in our ever more liberalizing and sue happy society. No one accepts personal responsibility and consequences anymore. Everyone is a victim, including the bad guy.

Very true.  Hopefully, the robber gets caught and can't sue.  It's ridiculous that they can sue for getting hurt on your property.  Since laws and insurance companies have cracked down, I doubt that is the case anymore.  

If you catch someone in your house, shoot to kill.  Now there is no lawsuit.
