Why is it that Sri Lanka and their Sinhala majority government that runs it kill Tamils everyday?

I have seen so many articles of Human Rights Abuse which can now be defined as Genocide by Sri Lanka historically against its Tamil population for the sole fact that they are Tamil Hindus and they are requesting independence from the racist chauvinist government. More than 85,000 have now died and it seems that actual real figure may be gravely higher.

I wonder why we are letting another Darfur occur in Asia where Sri Lanka has been listed as one of the failed states and the worst Human Rights violator in the region.

Why does this occur in the face of the International Community?

The answer is racism my friend. The Tamils are among the blackest Indians in South Asia and face incredible discrimination in all their homelands whether in India, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Indonesia, or Singapore. The oppression is not dealt with for the same reason that Sudan is not dealt with, most of the world does not care about dark people. Best of luck and keep the faith. :)

sri lanka is not their country so naturally the true inhabitants of the country must fight to defend it.

the ltte is a racist group of people belonging to a minority in sri lanka, spreading false information around the world in hope of getting support from the international community, like they already have from the scandinavian countries like norway.

it is them who violates human rights. the FBI have branded the LTTE as the most dangerous terrorist outfit in the world.
