  1. uhh...b/c it tastes better?

  2. Your gut kicks into high gear after a big meal, it metabolizes more and it gets more blood to help with digestion. This heats up your midsection significantly, and acts as a major que to tell you that you're "full" (stomach lining has no nerve endings).

So, when you eat a hot meat, it feels more filling because it already has some inherent warmth.

  3. Because when something is toasted, it tastes better. Which would you rather eat? A piece of toast (toasted) with butter, or a piece of bread (not toasted) with butter? probably the first one.

  4. I neveer noticed that they tasted more fattening...but man they make em so much better! Mmmmm

  5. because all of the oils in the meats come out when they are toasted

  6. I should just move along because of both of the very helpful answers you've already gotten, but I'll answer anyway.

Because I said so, that's why.

  7. I like toasted bread and it makes a sandwich taste so good that way. A warm filling meal is better than a cold one.

  8. Not sure. I only toast Bacon when i get a sub.
