It first say one price and when i try to book it,there's a message saying that this price is not available anymore and they charge at least $200 more than what they advertise.

Is it what we call "Bait and Switch"?is it legal?

  1. I doubt that it is illegal, they may have had one trip at the price you tried to book.

If it is happening often complain about the site to Yahoo. Anyone can have their site affiliated to Yahoo Travel, but if they are trying to "bait and switch", I'm sure that Yahoo would be interested to hear about it.

  2. You might try searching on a site that doesn't necessarily profit from what you select.  Try www.yapta.com and plan a trip from there.  Usually you can select the trip you want and then click thru directly to the offering site to book it.
