  1. I totally know how you feel. When I first tried to use one I started pushing it up and I felt pressure in there. I decided to try to insert it anyways and when I pushed the little tube in the pressure pushed the tampon down a little and it felt uncomfortable. What I do now is move around the big part of the applicator once inserted (like back and forth, side to side) and usually the pressure releases. Try to see if that works. It has really helped me. Good luck!

  2. Try using a smaller sized tampon. When they're in right, you wont feel a thing.

Maybe you're put it in slightly wrong, so it's making it slightly uncomfortable.

Always be careful when putting in tampons, you dont want to get toxic shock.

Stop using them if you keep feeling pressure.

  3. Try inserting it further and this should help. A tampon has to go in really far.
