Question:

Why is it that i cant sleep for long?

I go to bed late, say around 1am, 2am and i cant sleep till like 11am or 12pm. i always wake up at 9am or 10am

I am 12 if that helps?

  1. Because it is summer, you have probably obtained a weird sleeping pattern. You need to spend a full 24 hours awake to fall asleep at around 9 or 10 p.m. and then wake up again around 8 or 9 a.m. This is the only way to adjust your sleeping pattern!

  2. You have had enough sleep,so I would not worry.

    If school starts again,you will go to bed earlier and wake up earlier too.

    Totally normal.

    And FYI:I never sleep longer then 4,5 hours and am still fit.

    Was here at 0215 am my morning and it is 1822 pm now.Not going to bed before midnight for sure.

  3. What-you want to be like them other lazy teens and sleep half the day? Be thankful you sleep 8 hrs like normal people!

  5. if you drink tea or coffee or coke, or anything with caffeine in it very often, you'll have to stop.
