Why is it that more and more younger persons are becoming more responsible than some of the older generation?

I've been seeing more unemployeed of the older generation.

My personal thought on the employment thing is that older people are not really accepted into certain jobs that they may apply for like things at the mall and they worked these jobs when they were younger and without a college education they cant find another job easily with the job market these days.

That's a very dangerous question. Younger gen are not really more responsible. The situations are different. The criteria to find a job are more about computers and experience that alot of older people to have or haven't adapted to. The younger generation are more socially aware, but are more likely to ignore that awareness. If they were more responsible the teenage pregnancy wouldn't be increasing. The frustrated and violent youth of America wouldn't exist. Is it better to know and do nothing, i.e. younger gen., or is it better to not know and still do nothing?  

As far and the unemployed older generation. You have a much higher and competitive job market then you have had in the past decade. We thought the good times of the 90's and the Internet would last forever, but all good things come to an end. If we keep on the tract of Godlessness that we are on, this world is in a heap of trouble. What are you doing to change this?

Part of the reason that older workers seem to be more unemployed, is because we live in a technological age. I grew up in the seventies, and when I was in high school, a Selectric Typewriter was a big deal. Now you have grade school children using simple computers.

The point is, it is harder for most older workers to find steady employment, unless they trained to keep up with required skill levels.

As far as younger persons being more responsible, some individuals may be. Just as some middle age folks are responsible or not. I've seen different degrees of responsibility in all generations.
