Why is it..that most big companies (i,e ..Hewlett-Packard), are easily accessable when you want to BUY?...?

...But totally inaccessable when you need to make a valid complaint? They are ALL strictly a ONE-WAY STREET!

  1. I have never had a problem contacting Epson and they have always been very helpful.


  2. Like Joan I have never had a problem with them, perhaps they just don't like you.

  3. Most big companies have change and grow so big, that they are more concern with their bottom lines. CEOs are also more concern with rewards, like high salaries,bonuses and other perks. So as long as their staff can bring in more profits by increasing sales only, even though the after sales services and complains are bad and not attended to. Its like short term gains at the expanse of long term sustainable growth and survival. Present CEOs come into companies under contract, worked very hard using the companies resources and management to make huge profits by any means possible. When they retire or step down they are millionaires, thanks to the companies that helped them.
