Why is it that most of the non-politically correct countries have enough energy for their needs?

thts not true at all i mean china hardly has enough food too feed all its ppl. And second off tht has nothing too do with whether or not the country is politically correct or not it has to do with the population cuz countries like russia aren't tht big so they have enough energy for their needs.

Because they don't have to deal with the nit-picking like ours does.  We have to be careful not to use terms like "black hole" even in proper context ... do you really think we can actually tell people what they really need to do to have enough energy?!?  I think not.  Besides, this computer that you're using, you wouldn't be able to use it in the places you've named - at least not for long periods of time.  :)
