you need someone to compliment you and to love you everyday..

    its hard isnt it :\

  2. I feel this way, too.

If you ever want to talk to me, my aim is Marissajean14

My answer would most probably be, though..

That it's something everyone goes through..

It sucks so bad, one mintute to being happy, confident, and feeling like everything's gonna be all right..

Then later, not even an hour later, everything crashes around you

    And you feel hopeless..

  3. One day you are focusing on something that you accomplished. The  next day, maybe you are thinking of something that you failed at or will possibly fail at.  There is confidence, then there is uncertainty, unless you are a perfect individual who always succeeds, failure and success will always fluctuate.  If you let them guide your emotions, it can be similar to manic depressives who swing between very high highs and very low lows.

Know that accomplishing an aim doesn't mean it's all rosy from there.  Know that failing at something doesn't mean repeated failures from then on.

So when you win, you're not over the top, but proud and gathering more proof that you are a capable individual.

When you lose, you're not overly upset, but that this one just wasn't yours and the next one might be, and you can move on from there.

  4. I don't know if I have an answer for you, but I can tell you that this happens to me all the time and I too have not been able to figure this out. One day, I'll be all pumper up  and inspired to do something and the next day, I'm full of apprehension and I lose my nerve or something.

Like I said, I too am looking for an answer to this and I have been searching inside myself to solve this.

The only thing that I have been able to come up with is that it all comes down to fear. I think sometimes it's just easier to stay in the same place in my life rather than risk doing something different and actually succeeding. I'm one of those " all or nothing" people and when things don't turn out exactly like I want them to, I often give up and turn in on myself and that leaves me in the same spot. Sometimes it easier to stay safe rather than risk anything.

I don't know if that's an answer, but maybe there is no real answer to this. Perhaps we just have to journey through it. But being aware is the first step.

  5. It depends on how you start your day. Did you start your day saying, wow I like my hair today? Or anything else nice. Maybe someone gave you a compliment. This gave you the strength to say "HEY LOOK AT ME!" instead of the next day when the opposite happened and you lost it. It could also be your dreams, you might have a great dream that changes everything.Basically it's the world around you, whatever the world does you follow, it's natural human behavior.
