Why is it that people insist on coming on Y!A and making complaints about wrestling being fake?

90-95% of the people who watch it already know it's fake and don't care anyway, and those who don't know are probably too young to understand that it's fake. I understand that everyone is entitled to freedom of speech, but if virtually no one cares about what you say then why bother?

Charlie is right.  It's basically just for attention and we do give them what they want.  And besides that, it's not "fake".  It's pre-determined/scripted.  There's a big difference.  Fake would be some computer generated graphics in a movie.  Wrestling is not "fake".  These guys actually are putting their bodies on the line every single time they get in the ring.

I find it funny that these people come on here thinking that they're unbelievably smart. They act like we have NO idea that it's pre-determined.

It's annoying, I think when people come on here. They're just wasting their own time. They act like they have the right to tell us what we should and shouldn't be watching. I mean, gah, it's not like it's affecting them.

It is mainly for attention, and them getting attention, is our fault, as we are the ones that keep answering the questions they ask us, so, I just block them or just ignore them.

They do that because they have absolutely nothing to contribute to this section.  Their posts are poorly written, misspelled, not punctuated correctly, and do not use proper grammar.  A prime example is that BeeRad troll who answered above me.  A mindless drone lacking imagination (he/she/it does spell better than the average troll, I'll give him/her/it credit for that).

Why do they do it?  Simple.  For the attention they don't get in real life.  If they weren't so unintelligent and boring, you could almost feel sorry for them for their solitary existences.  That must be horrible; their only source of attention is scorn from people who hate them.

You are wrong about nobody caring what they say.  If nobody cared about what they post, they would go away.  But lots of people here keep giving them attention, so like lost unloved puppies, they keep coming back...and biting people.
