so a train is similar to a bus so why don't they set them up like trains so they are not facing everyone so everyone can mind there own business

  1. Nothing to see out of the window on a tube!

  2. NOTHING ELSE TO DO.

  3. Because everyone is facing front on a bus but on a tube they face each other.

  4. we used to play 'spot the white man' on our old bus.....cannot say what UK is like today.

  5. The scenary is sometime a bit dull when you look out the window on the tube!!! It's not always better on the bus, but at least you have the option.

Plus, as someone said, tube seats tend to face each other....

  6. On a bus you watch the scenery go past...on the tube the tunnel walls get boring after a while....

  7. Good question. I dont know though

  8. I don't know about that, but in my idle moments i like to make up life stories for people I see from my car. it can be good fun when I have a passenger, thankfully it does not harm the "victim" but does allow the imagination to run wild. Alertness must not be compromised.

On a bus or train it can be done but only silently because it would be unfair to offend or upset the innocent "victim" of my misplaced humour

  9. I dont tube it to work, I bus it and I have been analysing the people I share the bus with for almost two years now..... non the wiser.
