Why is it that people with no religion OR spirituality come here, not to learn, but to provoke and argue?

Question

Since it is a Religion and Spirituality area, what topics would they expect? And if they don't LIKE religion, why waste the time of those who do?

I'm not interested in automobiles, so I don't go and argue with those that are!

Atheism is a religion, as is secular humanism; as with all religions, they are eons from the truth, but religions none-the-less.

For example, every religion either chooses a god or creates one; atheists have chosen to make themselves "god," thus they each have created their own religion, THOUSANDS OF THEM!

I guess for the same reason so many fundies go over to the LGBT section. Or so many Christians come in here and pose "questions" that are nothing more than anti-Catholic, anti-Mormon or anti-Jehovah Witnesses propaganda.

I come here to educate.  Spirituality is not something to be proud of, it's a state delusion from which you need to be freed and it's counter productive to human progress.

Why do christians parade their beliefs around as if they are the only valid ones in the world?  Why do christians attack posters who are asking about paganism and wicca with statements of h**l and sin and god's evil miserly plans?

1.  This is a public forum, the rules of posting don't state that you have to fundamentally believe in the category to which you post.

2.  Atheism is a religion contrary to what atheists tell you.

3.  Most atheists on here are still polluted by a christian world-view.

Because deep down they are insecure in what they profess to believe. They know there has to be more to life but can't admit to being wrong.  They think if they can just argue enough and try to provoke a reaction, they can convince themselves that they are right and everyone else is wrong.  Actually, they envy our faith.  As Christians, we must pray for them and not let them provoke us.

I also like to give my two cents on serious questions to people who actually need it. And at least half the people provoking are the Christians...you seem pretty biased on that.
