Because you have irritated the skin- remember that your body was made the way it is for a reason. There are many ways to overcome this- after shaving and waxing for a bit, your body will get used to it, and will not become as irritated. Also- try to use a clean sharp razor, and shave downwards, towards your feet. NEVER SHAVE UPWARDS!

And remember to use scent free shaving foam or tea tree face wash as lube, otherwise it will become itchier. Also, try to wear lose, preferably cotton underwear afterwards. Hope this helps!
