Why is it that ..... ?

When i get more then 9 hours of sleep , i feel really tired in the morning , but if i get like 5 or 4 hours of sleep i'm full of energy and don't feel tired at all ?

  1. ha im the same exact way. i dont really know why. im quessing though because we're sleeping so long we just wanna sleep more? i really dont know


  2. its because u go back into a deep sleep making it harder to wake up making u tired when u wake up

  4. when u have alot of time to sleep u get into a deep sleep, and u have a hard time shaking it off in the morning, and when u only have 5 or so hours, u dont get so "into" a deep sleep

  5. I am not sure but I know that if I take a nap then I have a very hard time waking up from the nap and I feel tired the rest of the day!!

  6. Thats usually normal, but different times for different people. I need about 9 or 10 hours of sleep, but usually more than that makes me really tired the rest of the day.

  7. i do 2 sleeps, a night sleep 5 or 6 hours, a day sleep (siesta) for 30mins to 2-3 hours,
