You hear on the news and through media that normal people who live normal lives and have a job, family etc. all of a sudden snap and do something insane like kill someone? For example the random bus killing where the man was stabbed and beheaded for no apparant reason? It's obvious these people are not well but why all of a sudden do they just go nuts after being completly normal??

  1. Perhaps, they have the appearance

of normalcy.  They try to cope with

life, stress, but fail.  A seemingly

    harmless person explodes.

    It's sad, but it happens.

  2. Let's say a volcano can lay dormant for many years.  When the build up of heat (unresolved issues) gets too great, the volcano blows its top!  I believe this is what happens to people who are leading so called normal lives.  It could be that they didn't rebel as teenagers.  They've always been "good" in their lives. There needs to be balance in our lives.  That goes for our emotions as well.  When you get angry, you need to release that anger in some form of mild aggression.  When a person holds so many emotions in for so long, its only a matter of time...
