Why is it that shide has lost it's cry?

Question

I can't seem to understand why shide keeps asking me if losing it's cry has made them look less ite? It's ok if i wake up every morning to a brown surprise, but only if shide alows me to keep it. Does anyone understand what i should do? I'm confused.

Is the "i" in shide long or short...that would explain a lot.
