  1. Does it ever cease to end?

d**n you and your fancy lawyer talk.

  2. "ceased to end"

    :D

    you're also very vague.

    spoken like a true lawyer!

Just kidding with you. people conform because it provides a support system. Conforming is comfortable. As humans, we tend to conform to each other, i guess it's just a behavior that starts showing up in High School.

Think about it. How good does it feel to be accepted by others?

  3. Please tell me you aren't a US attorney and that English is not your first language.

  4. i like being an all-american girl. i don't really feel the need to rebell.

i'll bring home good grades, wear preppy clothes, go to chruch every sunday, whatever. it's what i do! lol.

  5. You have some real winners answering you. I never was much of a rebel to my elders, except when it came to the Beatles. They were big, I loved their music, and I was practically forbidden to play it. I usually went 'against the grain' back then by making good grades and avoiding the 'rah rah' thing. I also surfed which was thought to be weird back then.

High school ends when you're ready to become yourself and stand for something instead of going along with the crowd.

People conform to society because it's easy and good for them economically and socially. I could care less. I'm not a rebel but an individual with beliefs that others don't always agree with. I also believe in helping others whenever I can, and I'm lucky enough to be doing what I love for a livelyhood and doing very well at it. I have no intention of conforming to society's standards. I'm too happy just being myself.

  6. you will never stop being challenged by others. All you can do is be strong and stand defiant at what the world throws at you

  7. no. ...the general public is made of high schoolers. we were brainwashed to listen to authority figures at least since kindergarten when we learned that the teachers have all the right answers.

  8. Humans are social animals.  Our instinctual pack mentality encourages us to 'go with the flow.'  Of course, you don't have to.  Just expect some resistance from others if you don't.

  9. because, if you don't people treat you weird, some times they are mean, and some times they kill you.  That's why people conform. Other times it is because society had a good idea, not always.

  10. it will never end because part of the fault of the human race is its need to demean other individuals. No matter where you go in any country people will pick on others and some get persecuted for having beliefs or doing things others find unethical. It's not just a high school thing, it's a life thing.

  11. Hay I kind of got your question.I think

  12. Sadly enuff, no it don't seem too.. And sadly enuff nowadays kids are not like they were when I was a kid, where if you got mad at someone you either walked away, or you fought it out with mouthing them, or whatever. not in this day and age kids go for the bigger stuff..

I hate bulley's myself, but if you look back on school, your glad your not back there anymore, and the bulleys are usually the ones that don't go anywhere in life.. always hope and pray that they find someone just a size bigger than them, and show them what bullying really is.. thats called Justice!!
