  1. A lot of the time that means that you're body is low on potassium. You can either take over the counter tablets or bananas are a great source.

  2. http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/night-l...

I know how painful that can be.  When that happened to me during pregnancy it helped to immediately flex my foot toward my body.

Some easy things to try:  Drink more water during the day and get more potassium in your diet.  Bananas are a good source.  Stretch your calf muscles right before bed.

  3. It could be a muscle spasm there. I sometimes get them and they are really really painful. I've asked several people and they say it's because it's a lack of stretching that muscle before/after exercise.

  4. Prolly cramp, drink lots of water, strech before and after exercise, eat lots of bannas for potasium and have a little more salt in your diet, that should fix it.

  5. Could be the way you walk....Being on your feet to long....over exercising them...if you can go to the pharmacy and get insoles in  your shoes try that it dose help i know from being on my feet over 13hours a day gotta love the fast food industry!....if you are exercising them leave them alone for a bit and let them catch up too you
