can work under a family business when they're a minor teen (say 13 or 14) and other minor teens that don't have a family business can't?

  1. A family business is not outside the law of Child Labor Laws. They must follow the same rules and regulations as other businesses.

    In most cases they are not listed as employees in the company or business records.


  2. because of child labor laws. the gov cant stop you from your child doing things for you while you pay them, but if they do it for others then its considered child labor
