  1. Uncertainty hides fear.

    Fear gives dimensions to things.

Therefore, uncertainties seem to perplex and enlarge issues.

In reality, they are simple.  This is true.

  2. ...the rules fly out the window and as we wave goodbye, we are plotting our own strategies

  3. Sometimes when one is overcome by uncertainty, it becomes painfully simple to realize that he no longer has a lot of options. His course may be difficult, but he has only one direction in which he can go.

  4. because the more compex the questions, the easier it is to see the simple answer!♥

  5. we tuck our ignorance under the rug.

  6. That is usually what happens when I drink.

  7. Because when the variables are mostly known, you must plan how to deal with a complex equation.  That's a lot of work and when the variables change, you have to modify the plan.  Gets complicated.

But when all is uncertain, you can't plan, must surf the wave, live in the moment.  The future is less relevant because the present is all you have to work with.  This allows you to flow. Kind of like deflecting blaster bolts with a light saber, if you think about it, you can't do it.

Nothing is simpler than when you are letting The Force flow through you, "you" don't have to do anything at all.  That's a simple as it gets: the "moment of Zen".

  8. Because that's when we start to realize that those uncertain things are in the hands of a higher being...and that there's nothing we can do but hope. And that's not so bad, is it? :)

  9. If only this were the case in physics with regards to conflicts between general relativity and quantum mechanics.

  10. because humans complicate everything!!!!

  11. I believe there is freedom in giving up control, or the pressure and demands of trying to be in control. When one gives in to uncertainty, there is freedom in that choice and things tend to be much simpler.

  12. We have too many choices in life that we think of as certain.

Nothing is certain, with that realisation the point of a lot the choices dissolves leaving little or no choice, simply freedom.
