Why is it that the oil or crude oils are found in the mideast and not in the tropical countries?

mideast are oil producing countries.the richest countries i can say.my question is why is it exist or found in the mideast ?why we can find it in the tropical countries?

Oil is found in Venezuela, Colombia, Equator, India, Brazil, Vietnam, Myanmar, Nigeria, Angola, Indonesia, etc.

It is definitely found in the tropics.

actually oil can be found anywhere in the world but the the reason for it to be abundant in the middle east is because of the cracked bedrock that they sit on so it is easier to pump but also people speculate(scientist) that life all originated there so oil is made from fossils hence the term fossil fuel it would make sense they would have the most oil.
