Why is it that these cable channels are not working?

Question

channels like: 15, 22, 28, 46, 47, 48, 51, 57 and 58.

those channels up above is not working for a month now.

if you know please answer, if you dont, then please DON'T.

I am assuming you have analog cable. The answer is those channels have probably started broadcasting in digital which you cannot view without a digital box from the cable company or they have simply reworked their lineup.

Try the settings on your tv, sometimes they have to been adjusted to receive a cable signal.
