Why is it that when I ask Yahoo people search to find someone, it always comes up empty.?

At the same time the so called "pay for search" always says it has found them. Is the people search just a teaser to get you to pay for information?

What sites are you using to do the search?  There are several searches you can do for free.  Also, the information you put in the better.  www.searchsystems.net is a very good site which is free (you can join but it just gets you to the sites quicker) as well as lexus-nexus.
