Why is it that when I eat roast chicken it tends to have a taste of corn?

we use nothing that should bring out this flavor. Is it how the animal was raised?

  1. I believe it is. A friend of mine raises chickens and he has talked about the same thing before.  


  2. the chicken may be corn fed.  or is that beef?
