Oh and im pretty much miserable while running during try outs. I mean I can't breathe and I feel sick(threw up at try outs yesterday) so this is kind of urgent. thanks guys (:

  1. number 1 drink water. if u dont they theres no way u can get the amount of oxygen u need.

number 2: eat. like about 2-3 hours before you run nothing more and nothing less. u need energy but dont eat junk food or pizza. pastas good

number 3: start running and dont just just run a mile do at leats a mile and 1/2 i know it seems like a lot but build on it. it will make u look god.

number 4: dnot push yourself too hard while running dont make it to the point where u need to throw up run.

number 5: while running keep your mind distracted. idk but it always help me not feel sick i usually think of my fav song.

number 6: a good stretch b4 will actually help.

number 7: make sure to keep steady breathing throughout a breath every 2 steps.

    good luck :)

  2. Your body isnt used to the work out, so you need to get used to it if you want to continue tennis. Take it slow and dont push yourself past vomiting, it will get better with time and training.

  3. hey, i feel you, I've been through the same thing!

What you should do, is eat nothing or only a teeny bit before you run, and see if that helps.... running on a full stomach, or doing anything on a full stomach, especially running, is bad.

Also, how out of shape are you? If you are REALLY you know... you have to take i slowly at a time pace yourself... maybe 3 laps is too much to start!

However I doubt that's the case, and you should be fine.

    Hope this helps!
