Hello. Yes. Out of shape. indeed. However, I'm asking this because I more so want to know WHAT TO DO to help me. I practice running once a day, and can run about a mile at home. Once I get to tennis try outs, I can not run the three laps around the track. I don't know why. some help please?Oh and im pretty much miserable while running during try outs. I mean I can't breathe and I feel sick(threw up at try outs yesterday) so this is kind of urgent. thanks guys (:
