Why is it that when i rollerblade or run i feel sick?

I went rollerblading today, and i was going really fast to keep up with my brother who was running and then i got tired and went really slow. then so i sped up again and then i felt really sick like i have to go to the bathroom. I've never experienced this before and the feeling is lower down like where you get cramps. Then just np\ow i ran up and down my stairs 10 times and when i finished i felt the same way. Does anyone know why this is and how i can prevent it?

  1. This is normal with physical activity. It sounds like oxygen isn't getting to where it needs to get. Hold your hands together over your head as high as you can and stretch upward when you inhale. I hope this helps!
