Why is it that when the clouds are full of rain, I am very sluggish,especially when my period is very close?

when Im closer to my period? I hate this because I'm usually a hyper person.

When it is about to rain the humidity is usually very high and the atmospheric pressure is below normal.  Both conditions lower the partial pressure of O2 in the air. This makes you work harder to breathe, resulting in feelings of heaviness, especially in the chest, and tires you, resulting in sluggishness.

maybe because you feel uncomfortable with the temperature and the humidity around you. Usually when it is going to be rain the temperature will be rise..

so you will feel a little bit terrible with this situation.

Probably because dark skies and rain make you feel kind of depressed and this is a known fact over places that are rainy a lot.
