Why is it that when we blow we produce cold air and when "heerr" its warm air?

  1. Blowing air out with force removes warm air from whatever's in front of our face. It's the same reason wind has a cooling effect.

    Breathing air out at a slower rate (aka "heerrr") keeps most of its original warmth, without removing the warmth that was around the object you're breathing at.
