  1. SPIN BALLERS ARE MORE INtelligent than rowdy bataman

  2. My guess is that you're mis-judging the spin of the bowler.  If you know he's an off-spinner, obviousely the balls gonna go one way after the bounce, and not the other, so be prepared for the change in direction.  Watch him bowl a couple when ur at the other end of the crease, and see if you can spot his pattern.

Also, bat-to-pad in the defence stroke makes for a wider target for the ball to hit.  If you're going for a pull shot, or hook, wait 'till just after the bounce.  It's pretty hard to connect with a spin-bowler bu going out to meet the ball, and a good spin bowler will know when to change things up, when he knows what shots you are trying to make.

    Now go make a 50 off a Warney-wannabe..!! :)

  3. I suspect that your lunging at the ball when trying to play the spinner. Ricky Ponting (Australia) has the same problem, even if your playing on the front-foot make sure you watch the ball onto the bat and wait for the ball to come to you, instead if trying to meet the ball yourself.

Many people have this problem, so just try and work on it in the nets and soon you can correct the problem

Remember wait for the ball to come to you, and play it under your eyes!!

  4. While coming forward you are out of your crease and the reflex required to get back to the original position is less....

  6. Though the best way to play spin bowling is to play in front foot beause when u play in front foot u will hit the ball before it starts to spin but playing in the backfoot will have an advantage over the others as u get much time to play your stroke and u can anticipate the ball to pitch in the area u wanted and another advantage is that even if u leave the ball u will not be stumped by the keeper.. So i advice to be in the backfoot

  7. You like hitting the ball aggressively. You tend to coem front foot most of the time, when you see the slow bowling action. But due to your  aggressive nature, you tend to lose concentration on the ball and thus get stumped!
