Why is it that you can't put every clothes in a drier?

They say you can't put jeans in a drier but nothing happen i know if you put a sweater in a drier it shrinks but some t-shirt our blouses you can't put it in a drier why is that? You have that ticket on your clothes in what temperature you can wash your clothes if it can in a drier ect...

  1. your clothes might shrink or change colour


  2. some factors on recommended washing instructions are based on the fabric, the dye, and whether or not there are any little decorative  buttons or trinkets sewed on the clothes.  

  3. Different fabrics/materials respond differently to heat. Ultimately every natural fiber does shrink a little with heat so even your jeans should feel a little more snug after they come out, but the cotton's sturdy enough so it doesn't matter. On more delicate items or wools they can get trashed.
