Why is it that you only see pidgeons in downtown areas of metro cities and hardly anywhere else???

Is it because they flock to where lots of people are, or what???

  1. Because silly people feed them and they get used to it.  If silly people would stop feeding them and dropping food, they would eventually get the message.  There's a reason New Yorkers call them rats with wings.


  2. Feral pigeons, also called city doves, city pigeons or street pigeons, are derived from domestic pigeons that have returned to the wild.  

    Feral pigeons love to eat trash foods that are more abundant in cities.  Cities have large populations and, therefore, more scraps for city pigeons to eat.
