Why is it the English text I copy?

Why is the English text I copy - then paste from

one email on to another email I am composing - show up as English when I paste it but the recipient gets that same email in Hebrew?

It's only when I copy from my Mozilla Browser where my pop email address is.

This has happened before and even with virus scans, etc...I don't have any threats found.?
