  1. It is due to what americans are best at : Hypocrisy.

  2. its not my fault they are one of the super powers.  I really am embarrassed about the education system here though. It seams they don't really care about the children's health and education here at this time. That is what the government needs to concentrate on.

  3. cause, we made the rules~!

  4. Honestly, because we overpower many other countries from a military standpoint.

  5. Let me preface my comments by stating that I do not agree with American foreign policy as it stands. The Bush Administration suspended the International laws where the U.S. could be held accountable for war crimes approaching the Iraq war. Cheney was our leader to make sure the necessary steps were taken to give our military leadership and troops a pass. Under the supra structure of NATO all countries have a sovereign right to exercise their own self interest and request a charter that states if you attack one country you have attacked all members. I believe this is known as Charter 5. This is a bit of insurance and coverage, surely, you have heard the coalition of the willing. This is what NATO adds up to being, a coalition of the willing.  Conversely, the former Warsaw pact at one time was the counter weight to NATO. It collapsed when USSR imploded, so now we are left with the Federation of Russia, run by Russia, only. Absent are protocols and the sophistication to have a public relations arm facilitate dialog among it's members. Russia has demonstrated raw coercion with the barrel of a cannon.  The short answer to your question, ahem, they are going it alone.

  6. because we the  S H I T!! *********!!! We f*****k N rule man!!!!

    f*****k Russia A.K.A. USSR

    Go Patriotic Party

  7. Well Russia apparently can.

  8. there is no such thing as international law.....laws must be enforceable.  the US can attack anywhere just like anyone could attack us???? we only attack when we precieve a threat or attempt to help others in need.  Russia is attacking for territorial and political gain as it attempts to reemerge in a new european environment.

  9. Perhaps, for example, because there's a subtle difference between a murdering, brutal dictatorship (Iraq) and an elective democracy (Georgia).

Isn't this really rather self evident?

  10. Good point.......

i think the rest of the world wonders that too...
