  1. Do your assignment whenever you receive the order to do it whatever the assignment is. In my opinion, always pick up the perfect time to do something you have to but don't like, which is usually the time when your whole environment is within the assignment topic, let me give you an example: do your homework right after you get back to school for you're still thinking of school and not yet taken away from that environment, because if you don't eventually you'll just become "not in the mood" or "can't be arsed" and put it off for later, or most likely, for ever.

  2. You should do it straight away. I think a lot of us are like that. Yesterday I was asked to do something which I knew is a stressful job. I should have just said no straight away but instead I slept over it and found myself even more irritable this morning. I was irritated that I had to say no. I think thinking about things too much does our head in. You should just let us know what you had to write, we may be able to type out your email for you. What was your initial thought and just write that? By the way, I wrote an email and turned that job down.

  3. Because the longer you put it off the more excuses you build up that make it seem unimportant...

  4. putting it off makes it into a big deal and you end up obsessing over it and even fearing it. if u just tackled it head on it'd be fine. i do the same thing. i still havent bought my broadband for my flat and im moving in in a month

  5. You put it off in the first place because it is a job you hate doing.  You might put it off a second time for the same reason.   So the more you tell yourself  `I know I have to do it ` the more you don`t want to!
