  1. Because state law says so.


  2. Isn't it awesome!  I wish my state did that.  It makes the restaurant go an extra mile to get a good rating.  If the rating is low, so is business.  I wouldn't eat at a place if it scored low.  Make you wonder why.  Every state should do that.

  4. So that you know that they have a license by the state........... That way you know that they are getting checked on a regular basis for safety............................!

  5. Because it's the law, it let's everyone see how sanitary or unsanitary the restaurant is according to the health dept.
