Question:

Why is it traditional to always serve corn on the cob with fish, crab, lobster's in restaurants?

  1. I have NEVER been  served corn on the cob in a restaurant..... where are you from? just curious as to the places you are going

    If you are going pub/bistro eateries they often serve small cob corn as a standard for there vegetable selection.

    In a restaurant i have never recieved this as it is hard to eat and the chef often gives loose corn kernels to improve the enjoyment of the meal.


  2. Cajun cooking does that often too.  It's a seefood thing I guess...  You can always substitute your sides.

  3. Because inquiring minds like yours want to know!!!  Stop being so worried about corn on the cob and start figuring out when you're going to be able to meet up with your buddy!
