Use your knowledge of definitions and conjectures to write a paragraph explaining why it is true that each side of a triangle is tangent to a circle whose center is the incenter. The incenter of a triangle is the point of intersection of the three angle bisectors of a triangle. It is equidistant from each of the sides of the triangle.

I really don't know what I'm supposed to answer... I don't quite know what the statement "each side of a triangle is tangent to a circle whose center is the incenter" means.
